Rashid is the founder and managing director of Kiliwings Expedition. He loves tourism for learn, have fun and relax. His ideas about tourism started when he was in school, during this time he visited tourist attractions for learning and recreation, visiting national parks like Saadani, Arusha, Ngorongoro and Mikumi. Visiting these attractions led to his desire to learn and better understand the real image of Tanzania adventures. So, he tried to visit these attractions as much as he could. Having visited almost every park in Tanzania and successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro more than 3 times, it gave him experience and motivate him to helps others to reach these attractions and see the wonders for themselves of God that adorn the world, especially in the beautiful and unforgettable land of Tanzania. He is a hard worker who makes sure his tourists discover more than they expect.

Theresia is our project manager. She is incharge of our project and partnership. She is here to make sure that our cooperation with both internal and international travel partners is well and productive. She is very busy in and outside of her office writing emails, answering calls, taking part in online and offline meetings with our partners from all over the world. Our Cooperation with international partners would have been completely impossible without her effort, helps and advice.

Amina is a head of our booking department. The largest and most important and energetic department in our company. She is responsible of many things such as making sure the hotel for our clients are always booked correctly, stay informed about changing of the price of flights tickets, and make sure the tickets for our clients who flights to International destinations is well booked on time and their travel schedule is well organized. Her department is always busy because we make a hundred of bookings in hotel lodges and flights for our international destinations every day. Actually, Amina's job requires her to be always focused and concentrated and because of having such trait, she is able to manage it well. That's why our booking department is well organized on time responder.

Ridhiwan is a graduate of National Institute of Transport (N.I.T) and became a professional in logistic transportation. He is very important to our company due to his duties. Every day we have a hundred of trips. We put in extra efforts to make sure that our clients met and brought to the hotel and airport promptly. Because of his professionalism, Ridhiwan starts every morning checking that the cars are fueled and cleaned and able to transfer clients, the drivers are well rested and able to perform their duties. Then informs the drivers of their daily itineraries/route and go to the office to track the movement of our cars with GPS to make sure that each transfer is performed on time. He making sure that our transfer is accurately.

Cosmas is a graduate at Moshi cooperative University in the marketing program. Now he is our company marketing in charge. With his smiling face, always charming hardworking and Creative. He is a good leader in his department, every member in his department and our customers who comes to see him at his office are very happy, talk to him and plan good itineraries to make sure the tourism enthusiasts have unforgettable holidays as they cannot afford to plan to miss. Without him the good relationship with our domestic clients would have been completely impossible
